This month Gregg is visiting what many describe as the modern capital of Yorkshire – Leeds.
The city has a great mix of buzzy hotels outstanding restaurants and a diverse food culture. There are numerous food festivals throughout the year and street food is celebrated throughout the city.
One of these great street food venues is Trinity kitchen right in the centre of the city. Trinity offers food vans and cuisine from around the world including Rola Wala where Gregg gets tucked into an Indian wrap with a difference.
Leeds has a fine tradition of beer production and has probably produced well over 150 billion pints over the years. Join Gregg as he samples some of this great heritage in the company of Russel Bisset from the Northern Monk brewery.
Leeds is well known for its multi cultural influences and this is reflected in the diverse range of restaurants scattered around the city. One of these restaurants is Sukhothai which started with just one resatuarant in 2002 now has 3 across the city. Gregg gets to sample a private menu from this much loved Thai restaurant, will it be too hot to hanfdle!?
